My Career History Related to Traditional CG & 3D Simulation:

  • Workflow design and training
    • Each studio I have supervised was costume designed from the ground up with the day-to-day staff needs and clients expectations dictating the function and form of the workspace.
  • Hardware and Facilities Architecture
    • Assisted in the Architecture and Construction Supervision of my three separate production studio design / builds
    • Specified and ordered all Server, Network, Video and Pre-Production related Equipment
    • Performed duties typical of Advanced Media Systems Engineers
    • Video Editing Hardware Design and Installations
    • Video Presentation Hardware Design and Installations
  • Production Coordination
    • Provided CG and Simulation Services for over 18 different AEC disciplines
    • All production deadlines, creative and technical decisions were overseen by me.
    • Pre and Post Production coordination
  • Performed all department R&D
    • HDTV DVI Video Routing and long distance transmission
    • Developed a High-Definition Interactive Kiosk solution for our clients to use in a multitude of Public Venues
    • Advanced CODEC and Encoding methods for all output mediums, bandwidths and resolutions
    • Have worked directly with Keyhole (now Google Earth) over the past three years
    • Internet based Multi-user 3D Environment Streaming
    • Scalable Real-Time render Server utilizing inexpensive PC’s and a Fiber Optic Interconnected Back Plane
    • Consulted with Intel on their Lighting II Scalable Parallel rendering Solution in 2000
    • Prepared presentation and speech for the Urban Land Institute on utilizing 3D & VR in entitlement processes back in 1999
