The same client tracked me down a couple of year later for an update to his previous simulation exhibit. This time he wanted to demonstrate to a potential tenant (Home Interiors) what their facility would look like if it relocated to the Trade Center. The only challenge for me was the fact that his original simulation had been performed on Unix based mainframes; a technology that was abandoned once the PC market had caught up.All production now depended on PC render farms and Windows production software in place of the expensive UNIX tools.Advance 3D file translations were performed on the old archived UNIX database in order to recreate and advance the look of his previous exhibit.
This video is exhibited strictly as an Addendum to my Professional Resume. It is intended as an educational reference, and is not to be considered or utilized for financial gain or competitive services where related to the types of product and services demonstrated within the exhibit. Each urban simulation demonstrated represents the efforts of many individuals; of which I was responsible for hiring, directing and managing. Each video production was produced under my direction and any and all contracts written pertaining to Copyrights, I personally authored and entered agreements respective to each individual clients needs. The technical techniques and workflows utilized to create and manage these rare productions were developed by me over the course of an exceptional 13 year career in 3D computer graphics, simulation and product design.
